An Announcement from Sett Studio  ·  Austin, Texas

SettWell

The healthy home has a name. And it's coming to Austin.

By Mike & Bristal Speciale  ·  May 2026

For years we've been building homes the same way we've been living in them — optimizing everything on the outside while the house itself does nothing for your health. That changes now.

We've spent the last two years asking a single question: what would a home look like if it was designed the same way a high-performance athlete designs their life? Not as a collection of wellness gadgets bolted onto a traditional build — but as a living environment where the architecture itself supports the biology of the people inside it.

The answer is Sett Well.

Introducing

Sett Well

by Sett Studio  ·  Austin, Texas

The first luxury healthy home product line built in Austin — where every material, every system, and every design decision is made with one question in mind: does this make the people inside healthier?

Why the Name

Sett has always meant something to us. It's our name — but it also means a foundation, a place where something is set into the earth. Permanent. Intentional. Built to last.

Well is everything we're building toward. Not just wellness as a trend, but well as a state of being — the way you feel when your sleep is deep, your body is rested, your air is clean, and the light in your kitchen at 7am actually wakes you up instead of just illuminating the room.

Together, Sett Well is a declaration: your home should be the foundation of your health. Not an afterthought. Not a backdrop to your wellness routine. The foundation itself.

The Problem We're Solving

You already know this intuitively. You track your HRV. You get morning sun. You're careful about what you eat, what you put on your body, how you move. You spend real money on your health — and you should.

But walk into almost any luxury home in Westlake or Tarrytown — including ones that sold for $3M+ — and you'll find PEX plastic plumbing, off-gassing paint and flooring, recessed LEDs blasting blue light at 9pm, and no connection to the outdoors. Beautiful homes. Biologically hostile environments.

$1,800

$0

100%
Of those outcomes can be built into your home and capitalized into your most valuable asset
"We're not adding wellness features to a home. We're building a home that is, by design, a wellness environment. The difference is everything."
— Bristal Speciale, COO & Interior Designer, Sett Studio

What Sett Well Is Built From

Every Sett Well home is designed around a core set of principles — features that aren't amenities, they're decisions baked into the architecture from day one.

Designed in the Spirit of Organic Architecture

Frank Lloyd Wright believed a home should grow from its site like a natural thing — that the land, the light, and the life inside should be inseparable. That philosophy sits at the heart of every Sett Well home we build.

Earth tones and natural materials. Limestone, aged wood, cedar, copper. Horizontal forms that hug the Hill Country terrain instead of imposing on it. Windows placed for light quality and natural ventilation, not just views. Landscaping designed as unconditioned living space — barefoot-friendly surfaces, native plants, the kind of outdoor environment your body responds to at a cellular level.

Where Sett Well Is Being Built

The first Sett Well flagship home is currently in development in Austin. We're keeping the exact location close for now — but if you know Sett Studio's work, you know the neighborhoods we build in. Westlake. Tarrytown. The places where the land is generous and the buyers understand what a well-built home is worth.

This will be the first residential property in Austin purpose-built for biometric outcomes. Every system documented. Every material photographed and verified. The people on this list will see it first.
